Performance overview

Amer  isothermal graded quenching oil 2B is a specially treated base oil in coordination with various additives, with stable performance and extremely small change in cooling rate. After quenching, the surface of the workpiece is of uniform and bright color, and even the thin wall or complex workpiece can achieve controllable deformation. Under the same service conditions, the oil consumption is low and the operation cost is low.

 Main advantage

1.In the high temperature cooling stage, there is a fast and uniform cooling rate to ensure the           hardening of the workpiece with large thickness section.

2.Good rust resistance, smooth surface of quenched parts, ensure surface hardness and specific     metallographic structure of quenched materials.
