Performance overview

Amer SF46 is a new generation of bio-stable, high-performance semi-synthetic water-soluble cutting fluid. It contains extreme pressure Lubricants such as non-chloride and ester, and has excellent lubricating performance and outstanding rust resistance. It is especially suitable for the cutting and grinding of cast iron, medium and low carbon steel, and can also be used for the processing of copper alloys and aluminum profiles.

Main advantage

The unique lubricating additive enables the workpiece to obtain an excellent surface finish and effectively prolong the tool life.

Main application
