Water-Glycol Fire-Resistant Fluid for hydraulic systems operating in metallurgy, automotive, marine and other sectors
Amer HFC is a new-generation water-glycol fire-resistant hydraulic fluid (HFC type). It is formulated from a scientific blend of water, glycol, and high-performance specialty additives including rust inhibitors, extreme pressure (EP) agents, corrosion inhibitors, and others. All its physical and chemical indicators meet or exceed those of comparable domestic and international products. It features outstanding performance, particularly in anti-wear, lubricity, and rust prevention. It is especially suitable for lubrication and cooling under harsh operating conditions in industry, mining, steel plants, and other demanding environments.
Key Advantages
Excellent Fire Resistance: Unlike mineral oil-based hydraulic fluids, which pose a fire risk upon leakage during high-temperature and high-pressure operation, Amil HFC46 eliminates fire hazards even if leaked under such severe conditions. It is therefore particularly suitable for high-temperature and flammable environments including metallurgy, metalworking, power generation, wood processing, and plastics manufacturing.
Exceptional Thermal Stability: This product features a very high viscosity index. It remains stable in both high and low temperature conditions, with minimal oxidative decomposition and low evaporation loss under high pressure. No low-temperature additives precipitate or separate out.
Outstanding Rust & Corrosion Protection: Provides excellent rust inhibition and corrosion resistance for ferrous metals, copper, aluminum, and other metals.
Strong Shear Stability: Ensures long service life under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions with excellent chemical stability.
Good Anti-Foaming Performance: Effectively prevents abnormal oil supply caused by foam formation.
Mainly used in hydraulic systems operating under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions in metallurgy, automotive, shipbuilding and other industries. Technical Parameters
