Instructions

After cleaning the machine and mold, add the prepared ANMEI release agent to ensure that the release agent is sprayed with 1-4 atmospheres of compressed air and evenly spread on the surface of the mold before die casting. During the die-casting process, the surface temperature of the mold should not be lower than 150 °C. If there is a phenomenon of mucous membranes or a decrease in appearance, the mold should be cleaned in time. Recommended usage amount (dilution ratio): General processing 1:100--1:200 Complex processing: 1:80--1:150 Please manually adjust the concentration test on site according to the process, and finally determine the optimal dilution ratio.

Attentions

1. This product should be stored in a ventilated and cool outdoor environment to avoid direct exposure to sunlight. 2. The ambient temperature should be kept between 10-50℃ during transportation and storage. 3. Avoid contact with strong oxidants, acids and bases. 4. Avoid contact with fire and heat sources, and avoid mixing with water. 5. Avoid mixing with other types of release agents. 6. The lid of the packaging barrel is opened immediately to prevent other impurities from contaminating the products in the packaging barrel. The normal storage time does not exceed 6 months. After long-term storage, the appearance of some products will become darker and will not affect its use effect.
