Performance Overview

This product is composed of a variety of surface active agents and antirust agents combined with environmental protection water-based antirust liquid. It has excellent anti-rust properties for ferrous metals, especially cast iron, and can form a very thin protective film on the surface of the workpiece.

Advantages

1. Strong anti-rust performance, with anti-rust and passivation double effect, can replace steel passivation agent, passivation effect; It can also replace the ordinary antirust oil and play the role of oil film sealing and antirust.
2. Completely put an end to the floating ash residual problem of the traditional antirust water, and put an end to the greasy sticky ash problem of the traditional antirust oil;
3. The water-based rust inhibitor does not contain mineral oil and can be exempted from cleaning process;
4. When used with water, it can form stable and transparent antirust liquid with water. The workpiece can be operated with water, which is easy to use.
5. Environmental formula system, does not contain harmful to the body of nitrite components.

Application field

Applicable to cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, die steel and other materials between the process of rust protection and short term corrosion and rust prevention parts, rust prevention period depending on the concentration of different up to a few days to 3 months.

Attention

In accordance with the proportion of 10%- 20% water, fully stir evenly, form a transparent solution, dipping use. The higher the concentration of this product, the better the effect.
