Performance overview
This series of products is made of highly refined paraffin-based mineral oil with a variety of special additives, with excellent oxidation resistance, water resistance, rust resistance, anti-wear and other properties. Designed for all kinds of modern high demand vacuum pump compressor.
Main advantage
Excellent oxidation stability: long-term direct contact with the air under high temperature conditions is not easy to deteriorate, reduce the formation of harmful paint film and oil scale, long service life of oil products.
Excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance: It can form a very effective anti-corrosion film on the metal surface, so as to prevent the system corrosion caused by inhaling corrosive gas and moisture.
Excellent water separation: It has excellent anti-emulsification and water separation characteristics, and can quickly remove the moisture contained in the oil.
Good viscosity-temperature: the viscosity index is high, and the viscosity changes little under the condition of temperature change.
Low vapor pressure: prevent oil from the pump cavity to the vacuum system backflow diffusion caused by back oil, so as to ensure sufficient limiting vacuum.
Main application
Used for all kinds of reciprocating (piston type) vacuum pump, mechanical booster pump and oil seal mechanical vacuum pump vacuum degree in 1.8×10⁻⁷KPa below the use of vacuum equipment. Can also be used for reciprocating air compressor lubrication
Attentions
It should be stored indoors. If it is stored in the open, it should be placed horizontally to avoid water immersion and the annihilation of the mark on the bucket.
Do not mix this product with water and foreign body pollution, otherwise it will lead to emulsification, deterioration, failure of the oil.
It is recommended not to mix with other oil products to prevent performance deterioration.
