environmental standards, and high appearance quality. This product has extremely strong cleaning power and does not corrode copper, aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy steel.

This product is a high-end solution designed to meet the new era's stringent environmental requirements. It is non-toxic, phosphorus-free, halogen-free, heavy metal-free, and free of restricted harmful substances, complying with the EU RoHS

environmental standards and the REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals). The product is alkaline, non-flammable, non-toxic, and the working solution causes minimal skin irritation, ensuring safe and reliable

use.

This product can remove most types of oil stains, such as Cutting Oil, Cutting Fluid, stamping oil, drawing oil, quenching oil, etc. The included high-foaming surfactants have excellent emulsifying ability to encapsulate oil stains and strong adhesion to them,

enabling rapid removal of oil during rinsing. Therefore, it achieves a very high cleaning yield and is widely used in various metal forming and processing cleaning procedures.

Widely replaces traditional solvent cleaners such as trichloroethylene, dichloromethane, and hydrocarbon cleaners. It can also substitute phosphorus-containing and other non-environmentally friendly aqueous cleaners, as well as highly alkaline or toxic cleaners harmful to human health.

Precautions:

This product has a relatively high concentration; please shake well (stir evenly) before use to ensure effectiveness.

For optimal cleaning results, the recommended precision cleaning procedure is: rough cleaning → fine cleaning → rinsing with heated tap (or purified) water → rinsing with tap (or purified) water → hot air drying → packaging.

Maintenance: Please replenish the cleaner or change the bath according to the actual amount of oil dissolved and experience. The working solution should be filtered promptly to prevent solid impurities from affecting the cleaning. After prolonged use, if a large amount of Grease floats on the surface of the bath liquid, filtration or overflow separation should be used to remove the grease.

If operators are in prolonged contact with the cleaner, it is recommended to wear rubber gloves to avoid skin degreasing. Cleaned workpieces should not be touched directly by hand to prevent sweat spot corrosion.

Due to the large amount of oil and other contaminants dissolved in the wastewater after cleaning, the COD is high, and it cannot be directly discharged into the drainage system. It is essential to treat the wastewater first and then dispose of it properly according to local environmental protection standards.It is recommended to let the wastewater stand for a period of time to separate and remove the surface floating oil and bottom sludge before further treatment.
