PRODUCT PARAMETERS

This premium machining fluid is specially engineered for superior rust prevention. It is particularly recommended for precision grinding and cutting operations involving cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper alloys, and non-metallic materials.

The formulation demonstrates remarkable effectiveness in extending rust protection, enhancing workpiece surface quality, and prolonging grinding wheel service life. Suitable for all grinding machines, CNC machining centers, and compatible with both individual units and central recycling systems.

Precautions

1. Customers should select the appropriate water dilution ratio based on their specific machining material requirements to minimize waste. Generally, higher concentrations

provide better rust prevention and lubrication performance.

2. Slight yellow discoloration of the concentrate after prolonged storage is normal and will not affect machining performance.

3. Do not mix with other cutting fluids during use. When replenishing, add both concentrate and water in the correct ratio—never top up with water alone.
