Performance overview

Amer S580A is an inactive heavy load wire drawing oil specially formulated for aluminum rod wire drawing in the wire and cable industry. With excellent anti-friction performance and temperature resistance, it is specially used for the large stretching process of 10mm aluminum rod.

 Main advantage

1. Excellent lubrication performance: containing a large amount of fat antifriction agents and synthetic extreme pressure additives; Provides excellent anti - friction and anti - sequence properties for high - speed drawing process;
2. Good oxidation resistance: excellent high temperature resistance, can maintain the processing effect under the condition of continuous high temperature friction during aluminum wire drawing, not easy to produce sludge.
3. Light oil cleaning: using high quality base oil, it will not affect the cleaning and adhesion performance due to the sharp change of viscosity in the processing process, resulting in blackening of the output line.
4. Widely used: no active sulfur additives, can be used for general steel processing and copper alloy processing after dilution of mineral oil.

1Aluminum wire and cable tensile processing.
2.Medium aluminum bar stretch, bending processing

Matters needing attention

1. Should be stored indoors, if stored in open air, the bucket should be placed                    horizontally to avoid water invasion and flooding of the mark on the bucket.
2. This product is forbidden to mix with foreign matter pollution, otherwise it will lead to      oil deterioration and failure.
3. Do not mix with other oils to prevent poor performance.
