Performance overview
This product is a synthetic high quality, clean Air Compressor Oil.  Reliable lubrication protection for rotary vane and screw air compressors.  This product uses an additive formula containing excellent detergent to provide excellent protection. Even if the compressor is operated at 200KW, working pressure 1MPa and exhaust temperature over 105℃, the oil change cycle can still reach 6000-8000h.  
 
Main advantage
1. Provide superior protection. Protect the compressor from damage, help extend the service life of the equipment, maximize the return on investment:
  - Provide more than the standard industrial gear wear resistance requirements, gear wear load grade ≧11, effectively protect the compressor gear parts;
  - Excellent bearing wear resistance, sintering load ≧150kg, effectively protect the metal surface in the compressor, reduce wear.
2. Prolong the oil change cycle. This product can make the compressor longer uninterrupted operation, thus reducing requirements, improve productivity. Oil operation can effectively delay the performance decline, help to prolong the service life of Lubricating Oil, thus         extending the oil change period :
- With up to 6000H-8000h service life;
- 2-2.5 times of normal Compressor Oil.
3. Improve system efficiency. Provides continuous compressed air for efficient operation and reduces carbon accumulation, bubbles and foam in lubricating oil:
- 14% increase in air release efficiency compared with normal type to improve lubrication and prevent cavitation damage;
- 60% faster water separation helps ensure efficient protection and lubrication.
 
Main application
1. This product conforms to ISO6743-3A-DAJ standard requirements;
2. Suitable for sliding vane and screw air compressors, including oil change period of up to 6000-8000h oil-immersed and oil-filled compression system;
3. Suitable for stationary and mobile equipment applications including construction sites and railways. It provides excellent performance for oil-immersed or oil-filled air compressors with less than 200KW, working pressure up to 1MPa and exhaust temperature over 100℃.

1. What is your payment term?

We accept 30% TT as down payment and 70% TT before shipping. Downpayment must be received upon order confirmation. We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

2. What is your delivery time?

In general, it will take 7 to 10 days after receiving the full payment. The actual delivery date will depend on the type of
lubricant and the volume quantity of your order.

3. Do you manufacture for OEM brands?

Yes, we are already manufacturing for several OEM brands overseas. You must provide the art and design materials plus technical specifications if any, among other things.

4. Can I get samples?

Depending on the availability of the type of lubricant requested if in ready stock, we can provide a minimal amount of sample, however you must bear the cost of shipping by courier.

5. What type of packing available?

For industrial Lubricants, pails 18 liters, steel drums 200 liters, IBC tank 1,000 liters and flexitank 16,000~25,000 liters for one twenty feet container.

6. What are your delivery terms?

Choice of EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and CPT.
